Conditions for using the right of withdrawal:
- The sealed security tag must be intact.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A written notification must be sent to the SELLER.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS (EXCEPTIONS)

- Used, worn, or altered/tailored products.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear).
