DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic: 3–7 business days after order confirmation (1–3 business days for in-stock items).
International: 7–21 business days. Customs processing may extend this timeframe.

SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic: Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and additional import fees are borne by the buyer.

COURIER COMPANIES
Orders are dispatched via our contracted courier partners. (This section will be updated once courier agreements are finalised.)

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. For address changes, please contact us before the order is dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information.

INSPECTION ON DELIVERY
Please inspect the package for damage upon receipt. If damaged, note it on the delivery record before accepting, or refuse the delivery. Damage must be reported to ersebreeze@outlook.com within 24 hours.

FAILED DELIVERY
If no one is available, the courier will leave a notification. After 3 attempts, the parcel is held at the local branch. Parcels not collected within 7 days will be returned; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Customs duties and import costs for international orders are borne by the buyer and vary by country. If a parcel is returned due to customs issues, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
⚠️ EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Due to high international shipping costs, we ask international customers to consult our size guide carefully before placing an order.
