1. GENERAL

   By visiting or using www.ersebreeze.com (the “Site”) operated by ERŞE BREEZE TEKS.GİY.SAN.VE DIŞ TİC LTD ŞTİ (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. DEFINITIONS
   Site: www.ersebreeze.com.
   User: Any natural or legal person visiting or using the Site.
   Company: ERŞE BREEZE TEKS.GİY.SAN.VE DIŞ TİC LTD ŞTİ.
   Content: All text, images, photographs, logos, designs and materials on the Site.
3. RULES OF USE
   3.1 The Site may only be used for lawful purposes.
   3.2 Users must not engage in any action that could damage the Site, disrupt its functionality or gain unauthorised access.
   3.3 Users must not submit false, misleading or inappropriate information via the Site.
   3.4 Copying, distributing or commercially exploiting Site content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
   3.5 Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to make purchases.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   All content on the Site (logos, text, photographs, designs, software, etc.) belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected under Turkish intellectual property law. No content may be used without prior written authorisation.

6. PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION
   6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify product descriptions, images and prices on the Site.
   6.2 Prices containing typographical errors or technical inaccuracies are not binding.
   6.3 All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   7.1 The Company accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site, except where mandated by applicable consumer law.
   7.2 The Company is not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from the Site.
   7.3 Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site is not guaranteed.
8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure
• Uploading malware, viruses or malicious code
• Accessing other users’ account information
• Posting fake or misleading reviews or ratings
• Reverse engineering any part of the Site
• Automated querying that places excessive load on bandwidth (scraping, bots, etc.)

   Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and login credentials. Suspected unauthorised account access must be reported to ersebreeze@outlook.com immediately.
2. CHANGES
   The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on the Site; continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
3. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices; consumer disputes shall be subject to Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts.
