  1. GENERAL INFORMATION
    At ERŞE BREEZE, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and cancellation conditions are set out below in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

  2. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
    You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
  3. SEALED SECURITY TAG POLICY
    The sealed tag is attached near the underarm, zipper or neckline area. It detaches automatically if the garment is worn. An intact tag is proof that the item has not been tried on.
    ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Our evening wear is shipped with a SEALED SECURITY TAG. RETURNS OF ITEMS WITH A REMOVED, DETACHED OR DAMAGED SEAL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  4. RETURN CONDITIONS
    ✓ THE SEALED SECURITY TAG MUST BE INTACT
    ✓ The item must be unworn and untried
    ✓ All product labels must be uncut and intact
    ✓ Must be in original packaging — complete
    ✓ All accessories included in the original package must be returned
    ✓ Original invoice must be included in the return package
    ✓ No perfume, deodorant, make-up or other scents/stains
  5. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
    ✗ ITEMS WITH A REMOVED OR DAMAGED SECURITY SEAL
    ✗ Custom / made-to-order items
    ✗ Underwear / intimates (hygiene reasons)
    ✗ Used, washed or damaged items
    ✗ Items with perfume, deodorant or make-up contamination
    ✗ Altered or repaired items
    ✗ Items with cut or removed labels
  6. RETURN PROCESS
  7. Email your return request to ersebreeze@outlook.com.
  8. Receive your return authorisation code.
  9. Ship the item in its original packaging with the invoice.
  10. Send us the carrier tracking number.
  11. RETURN SHIPPING COST
    Return shipping costs are borne by the CUSTOMER. For items sent incorrectly or with defects, the return shipping cost is covered by us.
  12. REFUND
    Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days. Credit card payments are refunded to the original card; bank transfer payments are refunded to the provided IBAN.
  13. ORDER CANCELLATION
    You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact: ersebreeze@outlook.com or 0532 477 55 43. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled; the return procedure will apply.
  14. EXCHANGES
    Domestic Exchanges: For size exchanges, the item is returned and a new order is placed. Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.
    ⚠️ EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Due to high international shipping costs, we ask international customers to consult our size guide carefully before ordering.
